I have been "meaning to" rip my CDs to MP3 for like 2 years. I have the software, dedicated computer, and CD collection already assembled. OK... they're all in the same room, or installed on the computer, not stuck together with Tester's Cement, but you know what I mean.

Anyway, I've got about 1200 or so songs in my mix, and a zillion or more on my LARQ (Lazy A$$ Rip Queue) awaiting action. Your way would leave me with a great desire to "go through them" to discard the songs I don't want, afterwards.

Of course, I'd never get around to that, either, probably.

I still like watching the records spin around and around. It's the only way you can play em backwards and look for hidden meanings!

But, smacktle, you're... um... weird. I think Sonic Foundry will let you play them backwards, too.

And edit them. So you could conceivably insert your own messages, and pass them off as genuine.

Sorta like Perry's tax cut.

I hope you will visit Oddio Overplay again. Those comps are just a tiny little part of the site, which is predominantly a directory of free music. If you like our Comfort Stand netlabel, then you will enjoy WMRecordings.com, the sister label.
