Just mix up the eggs in the Ziplock bag and put the ingredients on top. No mixing necessary as the eggs will form around the ingredients. I'm trying this out this morning! Jimb, I got that email too! I cooked it for 3 minutes but that was too long. 2-1/2 is better, depending on your microwave power. It's neat. The eggs just covered over the ingredients. Sweet! Best of all, no pan to wash!
