The permalink and feed are straight-out-of-the-box Wordpress functions. I just tweaked the template to put them where I wanted them, and to use icons instead of text. The print and email functions are each plugins. I just tweaked it to use an icon for the link instead of the text "print this post." There's one more that you can't see, but I can when I'm logged in. It's an edit button (a piece of paper with a pencil), and it lets me edit the post.
