					<description>I know your piece is old but I just had a review in front of the ARB and it was like they completely ignored what I had to say. They did not seem impartial at all. (One member of the board did but they through her opinion out).

Any suggestions on where to go from here or how aggressively I should pursue this? I hate to let it lie until next year as my appraisal then hurts others in the neigborhood.</description>
